I have ADHD and need help organising my house/life. I am looking for someone with experience with this sort of thing, but basically, someone to spend a few hours a week with me to get my house sorted and under control. I have regular cleaners so this will not be that sort of cleaning job. This will be helping me get on top of all the things that I have been ignoring, helping me organise cupboards so I can avoid the ADHD doom pile. Force me to do some long procrastinated jobs like booking rubbish removal etc. Basically, keep me focused while offering help/tips on how to better organise my house to stay on top of everything for the future. Looking for maybe a day or three to start and then on going hours as needed. (The budget is hourly, not for the entire thing :D) I really am looking for someone that understands the nightmare that is house management with ADHD and can help me help my self.
