The door latch/lock is not latching properly in the gap and even after latching, the door can be opened from inside and outside. Attached are the pictures. Just need the latch to be fixed so that door cannot be opened after its latched.

Requiring a carpenter to replace an existing damaged external garage door with another door (already on hand, refer photos). The replacement door will need to be flipped upside down so it can hang the same as the old door. Would like to use the hardware from the original door however will need holes redone to align with the old door furniture and old holes flushed. Also need a timber member replaced on our rear Atrium ( refer photo) as this portion is rotten.

Hi there, I need help in replacing 4 broken rollers on my two screen door. I don’t have the parts because I’m not sure which one to get. I think it was made by Southern Star windows and doors when Lightsview was getting built.

My garden gate has unhinged and is dangling on one hinge... Will.need it refitted possibly And additional hinge and reduce height from bottom.

The wooden door to our spare room in our 1920s bungalow has come off its top hinge due to the screws no longer grabbing the wooden doorframe. The door hinges were replaced and the door reseated 2 years ago with our renovation however it looks like it just needs to be done again. Perhaps with this time something to reinforce the screws catching in the 100 year old frame. Looking for someone with carpentry skills as there will be we think some sanding and filling needed.
