See TV cabinet on left, one of the doors has some wooden swelling due to water. It needs to be replaced. The door itself has a white plastic maybe rubber fixture around the edge. Would need to come to the apartment, maybe go to Bunnings, buy and cut the right wood and replace like new. Hopefully.
