Our tenant and neighbour have complained that the door is very noisy when it closes. If that can be remedied that would be our preference as the lock has been made the same as the door + we prefer to repair rather than replace given our need to minimise the use of the Earth's precious resources. The quote is obviously only if it's a remedy rather than a replace. Please let me know how much a replace might be. While I have said flexible it would be lovely to have this issue sorted asap. Door is stuck shut. Motor appears ok when latch disconnects motor working parts from the door. Nothing visually obvious preventing door movement. No accidents. Assuming it is an issue with some other working part of the door. Centurion brand.
