Fix bedroom sliding door. Doesn’t slide open easily. May require fitting onto existing rail.

Front entrance door, keeps sticking, have to lean down on the handle to get it to open, possible sanding at the top.

I need a professional who can help with the following: Screen door (entrance): It doesn't latch. I think the door fixture doesn't line up. Door closes fine, but you can push it open without using the handle to open it. Screen door (laundry): Because we hardly ever use it, the screen door needs a bit of force to open it - It's rigid and stiff. Need help with making it easier to open. Kitchen cabinet: It has come slightly away from the wall. I think it needs another screw to reinforce/ tighten it to the wall (FYI - wall is brick) Note: We do not want to replace the doors or the cabinet and we're not expecting perfection. We simply want the doors to close and latch ok and the cabinet to not look as obvious. Thank you

I've removed 5 internal doors so I could tile my house and now they need to be planed 15-20mm and re-hung. I believe 2 doors may fit without planing so only 3 require planing. I've also got the existing screws and the doors are labeled to where they previously were. Thanks ! Doors are hollow also

Need a sliding door fixed.

Due to a storm and heavy winds, my backyard door screws have come off the brick wall and the door’s latch broke as well. Need assistance with mounting the door back to the wall by securing it with screws and fix the door latch.

Main door is sagging/dropping making it difficult to close properly.

Drill 2 screws to the brick wall to hold up the canopy.

My bathroom door grout is coming apart, and some mold has caused the metal baseboard of the door to swell. There is no water leakage or anything of the sort; I believe it may be due to frequent bathroom washings and cleanings. The repair should be a maximum of 30cm, and I would like to fix it because the grout is coming apart. Thanks

Remove and take away tiles and grout from inside front entry door (approx. 9 large beige coloured tiles pictured). Adjoining floor boards currently being sanded back, with staining to take place in next 48 hours, so ability to complete as soon as possible is preferred. More images will be added shortly.

Garage door is not opening properly. We replaced the motor however door is not opening. Think there is an issue with the door opening mechanism. Need a garage door specialist
