While trying to manually open my garage door during a power outage the metal cable that brings the door up and down has come off its wheel. Have had someone try to wrap it back around but it might require someone who has a little bit more of an idea how it works.

The sliding door to enter our garage from inside the house is jammed and is no longer smoothly sliding. I’m having some carpet installed in my three bedrooms and installer has told me that we need to shave the bottom half of the three doors so they will close. The carpet is being sold tomorrow and I’m wondering if someone is available to come tomorrow afternoon, trim the doors and reinstall them. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 5 February 2024
