Very old window frames to be repaired or replaced. One double panel at kitchen (also fix the latch) and one at bedroom with the broken glass. There are a few other window frames also need a bit work but not urgent. You will also need to repair some of the trim and putty. A door handle also need to be repaired if you can. Have a small hole in the wall from removing a nail and a door that has had paint flake off of it that need to be fixed. Hole in the wall is about the size of a 10c piece.

Window winder stuck. Tried wd40 but hasn't loosened it. Almost like the lock is on but it's not. Also have a towel rail that needs tightening if it's an easy fix. If not then just the winder - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 1 December 2023
