Garage doors don't quite meet in the middle so latch doesn't close. Also one door is sitting slightly above the door frame so it won't fully close. The top of the door might need to be trimmed down. They need oiling also. To be fixed tomorrow if poss! Thanks!

The central piece of wood that the window latch attaches to is rotting both inside and out. As a result the window won't open properly and if it does open, gets stuck. Need repaired.
