To fix a broken weld on an external door as shown in photo

Dishwasher was installed incorrectly and has come off its brackets. Works fine just needs to be screwed into place properly so it doesn’t move. Kitchen drawers have come off their rails. The rails are now all twisted and broken so it needs new rails due to years of wear and tear.

My window and door need flashing added to the top to avoid water from finding a way in when heavy rain. The window is 60 cm wide and doors are 150 cm wide.

Update: the original screws appear to be usable but the screw holes likely have interior damage where the screws were forced out (see pic).
