I have bought new door handles and locks for 4 existing internal doors which were recently painted. They are a little different in size from the existing fitting holes (the mortise lockset, for example, is a bit longer than the hole).

We require to replace the rotting wood roof tiles of 2 Bay windows. We want to replace it with WeatherTex Shingle Plus tiles (or similar product). I require someone to come perform the installation, cutting and installing the new roof shingles appropriately. I'll supply the shingles and pay for additional materials required (ie joiners and sealant). Please just quote effort. The bay window roof is about about 2.2m wide and 800mm high and there are 2 bay windows. Require the work done in the next week or 2 (max) I'll upload a few photos

Unfortunately our dog has gotten to our French doors and has chewed and scratched some wood off. Started to try to repair, but quickly realised without the required skill set and tools, we wouldn’t be able to do it. There is some wood putty and epoxy putty where the damage is, then we realised we could’ve probably replaced the moulding on the glass from Bunnings. Will need a handyperson to fix this for us, too expensive to replace! Thanks in advance!
