The frames may need replacement so best to include new door frames aswell. I have repairs to the Gyprock that are required as well. One entire wall needs to be replaced with cornice and skirting and patches to other walls. All repairs will then need repainting. Bedroom 1 remove and replace door and door frame, locks and hinges.
