I have installed Ikea kitchen cabinets that I'm using for storage underneath 2 tv's in my house. There's 6 cabinets in total, 4 under 1 tv and 2 under another tv. The cupboard doors are falling off and need new screws. The wood behind them has been shredded so needs to be patched or repaired to allow the repair. There is also a piece missing that completed the trim. We do not have this so needs to be supplied and repaired

We also need to lower the surface of the roof gutter to avoid the water of going through the fascia during the heavy rain. The lock on a manual garage door isn’t working. The door gets opened. We need someone to either fix the lock and the spring or replace it. I will pay for any new parts needed

There is a gap between the Aluminium sliding door and the brick wall that i need to close with timber. the gap is about 2 inches. There are 4 gaps to be closed.
