Repair External ShadeNext Window Shade This will require a replacement motor, bottom bar ends and motor mount. (I have the parts) The motor had dislodged from its mount and rotated around until the wires broke off. Circled window in photo (photo before shade installed). It appears that the blind was energised to go up with the awning window open enough to "snag" the bottom bar. Checking of the chain length for the awning window should be carried out as part of the repair.

There may be a need to clean one gutter of some leaves (above the carport). Sliding door is not working well and may need rollers replaced. Kitchen door has fallen of the hinges and may need a rescrew. Bathroom window can't open may need a bit of scrape or WD 40. There is some painting little section where old Aircon was may need to be primed and painted to match rest of the wall.
