This is a old one piece overhead manual garage door. When the garage door is opened, it tilts slightly to the left side, which makes it graze the top ceiling before folding up. Due to the same issue, when the garage door is closed, it grazes against the left side of the brick wall. My Westinghouse electric oven door is not sealing due to the left side door mechanism not connecting. The model number is POF 688S#04. I have removed the door and I think that the inner plate (?) has lost the screw that anchors the door mechanism. Do you have a call out fee and how much is it? Michael.
