The bottom portion of the garage door Is little out of alignment. We can see the light from the bottom when closed. Photos attached. Hence when entirely opened it brushes with the ceiling portion. We’ve got 3 internal doors that we want fixed so that they close better. 2 I believe would be easy adjustments as they close but just need a bit of lifting to click in. 1 other is a bit more work I think - previous owners mucked around with it so I think it might need to be re-hung completely. Laundry is being converted to an office We need a wall framed up/built between our butlers pantry and laundry so we can move the washing machine to that doorway space in the butlers. 1) We need the external door in the laundry removed and framed up/fitted in the butlers external wall (in place of window) in order to exit with the washing. 2) install washing line to side of house 3) build wall in doorway between pantry and laundry. 4) for repairing exterior after blocking off existing doorway and moving to the butlers house exterior is “green board” so you will need to know how to use this 5) we will organise sparky and plumber to do their stuff before you gyprock the walls
