1 internal bedroom door doesn’t close properly and needs to be taken down, trim off the top, and put back. Another 1 internal bathroom door that is swollen at the bottom and needs to be taken down, trim off the top, and put back.

Door does not close/lock properly

My hinged door needs to have the hinge replaced. I will most likely need the Dorma hinge replaced as well. Please pass on the hinge payment to me.
