Kitchen door cupboard needs two new hinges

Need to install a Nancy door canopy/awning (see photo) above 2 doors. The problem is the area above the doors are rendered (foam).

Shower door off hinge and cylinder iece is missing

Seeking experienced handyman at hourly rate. Have approx 1-2 hours work including; install new cabinet hinges on tall pantry door. Current broken Readjust a couple of upstairs doors which are either sticky, or too loose and rattle Some Upstairs door handles are loose Install 2 x toilet roll holders (to be anchored in wall - 1 in tile 1 in plaster). Current one is loose, may need better anchors All hinges and toilet roll holders already bought so mostly labour only

I have 2 sets of cedar wood bifold doors that are not opening. Looks like they've sunk and need adjustment. The door panel itself opens but I can't push out and slide all the doors to the one side. Hope that makes sense. Seeking someone who's got solid experience performing maintenance on these types of doors. Require an external door (already purchased and painted) to be hung. Door jambs previously accommodated for a hollow door on 2 hinges. New door is solid core and will require 3 hinges (have purchased) Only looking for the door to be hung. Pictures attached. My current entry door contains two sidelites and 820mm door (overall width 1530mm excluding door frame). I would like to change it to one 410 mm sidelite and a 1020 mm door. I will buy the sidelite and the door (with a narrow piece of half moon shape glass). The door will be ordered and delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. The door frame needs to be constructed. A new lock will be installed. The door needs to be stained.
