Fill and patch the hole around hot water pipe and install cover plate

Fix hinge on cupboard door. The top hinge is good but on the bottom hinge the screw has fallen out. I’m not sure if this old hinge can be fixed, of if you will need to buy a new hinge. The photos show the screw that fell out. Maybe you can just replace that old screw with a new screw?

Cubby house needs to be more secure to stop creatures entering. Three windows Front two are 56x45cm Side is 56x55cm Need fly screen and window solution. We need help to work out what that might be. Something simple/easy - it’s just a cubby but screens need to be quite thick/strong as it’s outdoor. Window covering could be on a hinge that could be lifted up from outside but closed to fully seal. Door is 56x136cm - door needs to be able to close up the entry and seal so no bugs enter. Use existing door and adjust or build new one.
