Hi there, I have 4 ‘Solicore’ internal doors (Hume) to be hung. They are very heavy so it may require two tradesmen. They are standard 2040x820x35 doors however a couple might need to be trimmed and primed. Hardware/levers also need to be installed on all doors (provided). In addition, I have 2 hollow core doors to be hung in a hallway cupboard space. There are standard doors there already so they just need to be replaced. Only a pull handle needs to be attached (provided). Doors will need to be trimmed about 5mm and primed. - Due date: Flexible

We have 4 x awning windows near the apex of our raked colourbond roof, 4m up. Right now they’re opened by a flexible rod attached to a Doric hand winder. We want to detach this from the windows, and attach electrical chain-drive openers that fit under each window. Electrical part is 24V, so no sparky required, and I can get a friendly sparky to provide a GPO for the mains driver. I can supply the Doric Ventus kit, but if you can get a trade discount, that’s a plus. Requires detaching/cutting existing metal rod and window openers, then fitting electrical openers to frame, fitting chain to window. Sticking trunking and routing 24V cables along underneath windows, and drilling through gyprock at top around 600mm yo come out at the existing access panel where the driver will be.
