The task is to thoroughly clean up my back patio before a birthday party. This includes cleaning all surfaces (incl. tile floor, walls, ceiling, pool fence) and wiping down all furniture (as pictured) for dust/dirt. Particular things to avoid confusion: We would like the ceiling fan blades cleaned by hand, we would like the plastic/glass louvres behind the BBQ cleaned, we would like the skirting between house and patio cleaned, the sliding door track cleaned, and some old Velcro on the door frame (example pictured) to be carefully removed. A gerni/pressure cleaner is not to be used. We will supply special cleaning solution intended for the tiles only. I’ve got a large house in Alderley, heaps of glass. Looking for internal / external window wash - it does have some height to it - bottom glass is up to 3.3 metres. I’ve done it myself with extension equipment before which i’ve still got but just need a hand for this one. Second job is just a hand to do a heap of clearing of bush in a front area and replant it out a bit with some fruit trees. Access is pretty ordinary so really just need some labour to throw at it.

House is two story: one set of louvres on western side and louvres (all accessible from inside) on southern side. Windows on east are three sets of louvres accessed from inside and several sets of louvres from low ladder on lower story. Two large sets of windows/doors, two sets louvres and two sets of doors from northern side. Also two sets doors downstairs.
