We are looking for someone to layout and oversee an afternoon tea in the church hall after a wedding. All food is prepared, we need you to plate the food and and lay it out by yourself while the wedding is in progress. Oversee the set up of the bubble tea bar so it is ready to go when service is over and generally watch and oversee the needs of restocking and clearing while people are mingling. There are other volunteers during this mingling time who would check in with you about things. Then clean up and leave the area neat. Time needed 6 hours - 11am to 5pm, in Arundel.
Wes was the perfect man for the job. He was experienced and knew what to do but also listened and followed what I wanted when I gave specific instruction. Worked diligently the whole time and didn't need supervision to keep on track. An absolute asset and exactly who I needed to make the event flow as smoothly as possible.
