There seems to be a minor leak near the water meter (see pic) which doesn't fall under watercorp service (I checked). Need to tighten/fix this leak. Leak seems to be very minor. My kitchen tap needs replacing. I have already bought the new tap but can not unscrew the old one. I need a wrench or something to get a good grip on it as it's quite stiff. It should be a very quick and easy job for someone with the right tool.
I can not remember who did this, I was sure I had already reviewed them. At any rate whoever it was did a great job, zero complaints from me.
