My washing machine shaking because I moved it from one point to another

I've narrowed the power outages in my place since yesterday down to my washing machine (process of elimination). Not sure what's wrong with the machine so I need someone that can diagnose the problem and repair it. It is a LG front loading machine purchased 6 years ago from Good Guys. I am proposing $30 for a call out to diagnose and then will pay what's required to fix assuming new parts may be required.

I bought this second-hand Fisher & Paykel washing machine around 2 years ago. Has been working pretty well, but this week have seen some dirt marks on some of my clothes. As well as some dirt inside the washing machine, after the washing cycle has finished. Not sure what it is. Maybe the filter needs cleaning? Or something else?
