The cold water tap for my washing machine is leaking (see photos for location of leak). I have tried to unscrew the spindle (from where the red O ring is) to replace the washer however it does not budge - could any plumbers out there let me know if the tap is 2 separate parts or just one whole piece? And would I need to replace the entire tap to fix the leak? I will need to know what kind of repair is required before I decide on budget for this task. - Due date: Flexible

Bosch front loader with this fitting that cannot be removed. There is not enough space between the tap and the bottom of the cabinet to allow for it to connect (see photos). It will need either a shorter tap fitting, a higher tap position, or the cabinet side to be cut out a little further. I do not know the best way but anyone who has more of a clue than me and can do a quality job will hopefully know the best approach!

Need this installed in euro-style laundry please and create hose hole through cabinet to get to water pipes etc. Will need hand trolley or similar to move appliance from spare room to laundry area.
