Need help connecting washing machine to plumbing and securing drain pipe. Need the part to secure drain pipe.

Washing machine making some noise and doesn’t work when turn on. Was fine and normal in the previous use. There were some coins fallen out of the pocket in the previous wash but not sure it cause the problem. Water doesn’t come out despite the tap is turn on.

Washing machine hose connection to tap keeps coming undone when we turn on the tap. Have tried Teflon tape and it’s not helping, never seen this before. We tighten the hose as much as we can and then turn tap on. Hose connection holds for 20-40 seconds and then begins unscrewing itself until it is leaking.
