Hi there, need help with the repair of washing machine. Assuming something is stuck, water is stuck inside and not draining out. It is running when turned on but the water is not draining out and is stuck in the machine. The last I washed a mat and I see some parts of the mat floating in the water which is stuck in the machine so assuming something is stuck and need help to repair it as we neee to use it. Thank you.
