Fisher & Paykel 'washsmart' front loader from about 2016? In retrospect it has been putting small holes in clothes for a few weeks (misaligned drum?) but otherwise working fine - until yesterday when I opened it and part of a white plastic ring (about the size of the door opening) fell out from somewhere perhaps between the drum and the seal. Ideally I would like to fix it before it gets worse, as I can't afford to replace it.
