Install/hang heavy mirror on plasterboard wall securely and safely (two hooks/bolts). This is a rental property, require the job neat and clean.

• install 2 x shelves (1 has wall brackets, 1 is a picture ledge with no brackets) • fix small cabinet to wall for stability 2 ikea shelves to be installed, plus a small shoe cabinet thing that is very shallow so definitely needs to be screwed into the wall for stability. We live in a newish apartment building on Melbourne Street, North Adelaide - I believe the walls are steel frame and drywall. At least one of the shelves will ideally need to be screwed into the steel frame. Please bring a stud finder or know how to find them. Please bring screws and screwdriver for drywall & metal frame as they do not come with ikea items. Please note there will be some measuring, I want things to be in the right place, centred, level etc. I’m not sure what this costs so please ignore the price listed.

Need to install a shelf in 2 bathrooms. The shelf in each bathroom has to be installed on the tile so looking for a specialist who has experience drilling in tiles without cracking or breaking any of the tiles and installing the shelf. Shelf will be supplied by us. Attached are pictures of 2 bathrooms.

Hang mirror, it probably weighs approx 30kg. The wall is brick. Photo is of the back of the mirror, and it will be hung in the white wall.

I need help hanging a large picture in a wall space. The picture isnt heavy, but, it doesnt have a hanging rope, rather, it has two spaces for picture hooks at the top of the frame. I need someone who is able to hang this straight for me on the wall (i am happy to assist). It will be quick, easy money for someone with some basic tools and experience. We have x26 framed film posters (size B1 - 707W x 30D x 1000H mm) that require mounting in an office setting - hooks also need to be installed. x10 of the frames to be hung on brick, the other x14 hung on gyprock.
