Courtney J. said “Great for a general carpet clean - easy to contact and organize task, arrived on time and did a good job. My only reason for giving 4 stars was because we had a rug our puppy had wee on and while he gave it a very thorough clean, the chemicals he used weren't effective in removing the dog wee odour and simply masked it while wet but it was just as bad once the carpet dried (this was described in the task beforehand that we wanted the odour eliminated). Other then that I would definitely reccomed him if you are just looking to give your carpets/rug a general clean.”

Perhaps the only issue is that he does not really have heavy duty steam cleaning equipment like commercial cleaners have, so some jobs may not be appropriate.

I vacuum cleaned again once they were dry plus went over the obvious stained areas using my own carpet stain remover and can't tell you how much more dirt and dust I was able to remove.”
