We have a pineapple palm tree out the front of our property which needs to be significantly cut back. The palm frond stumps on the base of the palm tree need to be cut much shorter - right to the trunk. The fronds need cutting right back so they don’t touch the house or impede access to the bins. Some pictures are attached. The last picture of the tidy palm base is what I want it to look like (plus cut right back so there are very few fronds still sticking out of the top.
