My tenant had an accident in the upstairs bathroom which resulted in 1 tile being knocked off the wall and broken, and 2 others being knocked loose above the bath. This gives rise to a job with two parts: 1. The broken / loose tiles need replacing, and regrouting and resealing. 2. I need you to investigate and express a view on whether it is likely that water marks on the below downstairs room are from a current leak, possibly due to the tile issue or from a previous leak / different cause, and whether or not fixing the tiles is likely to mean the leak is resolved. 3. If the leak appears to be resolved, please touch up the paint where the leak marks are in the downstairs room. I would need to put you in touch with my tenants to organise a time. I believe they have some of the equipment to fix this, but you may need to provide one replacement tile if they cannot find a spare (as close a match as you can manage but does not have to be perfect). Tile a pantry floor using photographed tiles. The pantry is approx 2 m x 1 m size. Existing floor is floorboards so will need to add a layer of boarding to provide a flat surface to tile onto. They are encaustic tiles so will need sealing. Also need to trim bottom off cupboard door which opens onto tiles, and add a trim to meet with kitchen flooring.
