What is tiered pricing?
We believe in rewarding hard work. That’s why the more money you earn through Airtasker, the lower your service fee becomes. There are 4 tiers. Starting at Bronze, advancing to Silver, Gold, and ultimately Platinum.
Tiers, Fees and Earning Requirements
Bronze tier
20% service fee
Less than £450 in the last 30 days
Silver tier
17.9% service fee
Minimum £450+ in the last 30 days
Gold tier
13.9% service fee
Minimum £1400+ in the last 30 days
Platinum tier
11.9% service fee
Minimum £2800+ in the last 30 days
How does the calculation work?
Every time a Poster releases payment to you, the amount released goes toward the calculation of your total earnings. The the total earnings you have received over the last 30 days is then used to calculate which tier you belong to. In a case where you have completed a task but your payment hasn't yet been released by the Poster, the accepted offer price will be added to your total for the 30 days for the purposes of this total earnings calculation. As a result, this may take you into the next tier, and in that case, you’ll be charged at the new tier’s service fee rate for that task. Please note, cancelled tasks or task offers (other than noted above) will not contribute towards the earnings total.
