I had a sofa delivery today. I currently have a three seater sofa sitting in the lobby / ground floor of my flat building. The sofa needs to be taken up to my flat - to inside my living room. It’s two flights of stairs in total. Really would like to get this sorted today please. The sofa is currently sitting inside a box. It needs to be taken outside the box - which I can do before arrival. The box is too big at the moment to take it up the stairs but will be fine when the sofa is out and easy to manoeuvre. It will be a two person job. Thanks!

I've paid for the council to pick up my old 3-seater sofa tomorrow (between 7am and 3pm) as it is ruined. However, it is too tall to be taken through the lift, and me and my son are not strong enough to pick it up ourselves. It is currently in the communal corridor outside my home, near the stairwell. I need two capable adults to simply take the sofa downstairs and outside, and place them near the communal bins for the council to come pick up. Disposable gloves advised for handling it (mine are a small size and may not fit an adult, especially a man).
