Painting of all ceilings and walls in lounge, 2 bedrooms, hallway. Painting ceiling only of 2 small shower rooms (bathrooms fully tiled). All ceilings are under 2.4m high, all new plaster . Paint skirtings and architraves for 4 doors- all new. 2 glass doors and 1 window to be prepared and painted. Paint supplied. Ceilings and walls are same colour. Skirtings and architraves also same colour and is water based paint. Painter MUST BE CIS registered. Sadly we cannot accept anyone that is not CIS registered as we are a building company. Flat size about 50m2.

Paint hallway and bedroom - Due date: Flexible

Wallpaper one wall. 2.5 meters by 3.5 meters. I provided wall paper thats all. Please have other tools and paste to do this. - Due date: Flexible

Old wall paper removal incomplete resulting back of wall paper still stuck. They need to be removed by spraying the paper with solvent (provided), wait 15 minutes and scrap with scraper (provided). Half of the room removed and the rest. Area measuring 12 sq meters. - Due date: Before Thursday, 28 September 2023
