I have a Atik Monobloc by Abode mixer tap for the kitchen. There is water leaking from the cold cartridge/tap connection when the hot water is on or when the cold water is running. No leaking when the taps are in the off position.

Needs a new sink as old sink is leaking. Mixer tap was very stiff and now has stopped working. Cannot get any water out of tap.

I have an old Beaumont bath shower mixer tap where the taps are both dripping badly and the handle that switches between shower and bath has broken. Because the bath is so tight into the walls it might be very difficult to replace the whole tap. I hope it might be possible to replace the front part of the whole fitting- see photo. There are 2 plumbing tasks that I need to complete: 1) Replace kitchen mixer tap: I have purchased a new and more modern style tap to replace the current one in the kitchen and it needs replacing. It has new flexi-pipes and I believe all the attachments needed 2) Fix bathroom mixer tap: The mixer in the shower no longer turns properly and we cannot change the temperature of the shower. It is not leaking at all. We either need the current mixer fixed (likely a washer or some internal issue) or the mixer unit replaced. I would prefer not to tear up the shower tiles if possible so a replacement with the same/similar fitting spacing would be ideal. - Due date: Flexible

My current mixer tap now has a continuous micro leak. I think this is due to the tap not being of great construction and poor original fitting. The cartridges have been previously replaced, but the tap never has been 100% leak free. However, as of a week ago, the leak went from a minor occasional drip to a slow but continuous trickle down the wall. I’ve ordered a new tap. Need someone to fit it. As you can see in the pics, where the tap meets the wall, some sealant has been used. Ideally need someone with the tools and equipment to be able to address any issues with the actual connection to the pipe, if the original installation wasn’t up to scratch.
