Ongoing housekeeper and cleaner required for a short let flat in South Kensington, SW7. The flat is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat with outside space. The job involves a thorough cleaning after each guest and interim clean and linen change during guests stays. CLEANING Full clean after each guest Wash, dry and replace towels onsite Ironing fresh bed linen and dress beds Organise and present the apartment in a perfect condition for the next guests Sweep the patios LINEN / ERRANDS Wash, dry and iron linen Deliver linen to local dry cleaners Purchase cleaning products etc. MONTHLY / QUARTERLY CLEANING ROTA Clean both interior and exterior (ground floor) windows Clean skirting boards Spot cleaning carpets/rugs Polishing brass I would like someone with organisational skills and attention to detail.
