Nick is a capable handyman, however if you hope to use him, you need to agree upfront on the additional costs (he asked for payment for rollers and brushes after the paint job was done even though it was not even brought up in the initial discussion). I had also asked for a combined quote for 3 tasks and the 3rd task to replace a blind was delayed significantly because he was unreliable in his communication and attendance.
