This will replace a carpet, so skirting boards will likely need to be removed and reinstalled to account for any minor difference in floor thickness. Will need to work around/under a sliding door into walk-in closet. Total square footage is app. 18 sqm (cf floorpan). Room will be empty of furniture; carpet removed in advance. Hi, I’ll need someone to take off all of the flooring in a 3 bedroom house. Mostly laminate but kitchen, bathroom and toilet are tiles. I need the skirting boards taken off as well. From my experience I can say that it’s a single day job but depends on the person. All off the rubbish needs to be piled in the middle of the living room, will be disposed later. I have some other jobs as well but depending on the offer of this job, I’ll discuss the rest with the assignee. Needs to be done tomorrow or latest Monday.

This room needs to be a usable bedroom for 6 months only. It does not have to be perfect, it just needs to be clean and tidy. Preference for early availability.
