Ordered 5 vertical blinds from Blinds Direct 2 work (tilt/rotation with plastic beaded chain) and open and close with the nylon pullcord. The other 3 blinds open and close with the nylon pullcord but don't tilt/rotate with the beaded plastic chain. Blind Direct sent me instructions on resetting the blinds but tried and they still don't work for rotation tilt. 1 of the 3 faulty blinds does rotate about 5degrees. Can someone fix this? Would rather do this than spend another 2 painful hours on phone complaining or getting new headrails. I just need the headrails to allow blinds to rotate. I can supply ladder if needed as headrails are all at 3meters from floor. All blinds have been installed. Job is in a flat in E16 canning town 5mins from station.
