Morning, I wondered if you could help me. We recently moved into our house, and we have fitted blinds in the kitchen, as seen in the attached images. The chord connector on the right-hand side of the blinds that controls the blinds going up and down has come off (this has happened before and easily fixed), and the strings have now gone into the top of the blind so they're no longer in sight. This means that we can't get the blinds to go up and down anymore, and currently they're permanently having to stay down so we can't access the garden. Is there anything you can do to help?
