I’d like to repaint a one bedroom flat which consists of a hallway, bedroom, kitchen/living open plan area as well as the bathroom. There are also three storage units I’d like to get touched up. The flat’s about 512sqm? I’d like to get some of the plaster and sealant/caulking fixed where it’s dried out and peeling away from the wall but happy if you want to just take on the painting aspect - happy to negotiate extra as I’m not sure if my budget is quite right.

I need someone to paint a bedroom with one coat of white pain walls and ceiling the room is approximately 3 meters by 4 meters it's a standard Council double bedroom size there is a wardrobe standard IKEA double bed and a chest to drawers all in the room which cannot be moved out as it is a flat share I will provide dust covers for the furniture but they will need to be in the room while painting I will supply the paint but whoever's quoting for the job I'm expecting to have the tools to do it i.e paintbrush rollers tray ECT - Due date: Flexible - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 2 October 2023
