Hire a rubbish remover for any job in Larkhall

Need a hand getting a sofa bed up the stairs. Me and the delivery guy couldnt do it, but it's doable im sure for someone whos savvy with moving furniture in tight spaces OR who has the tools to dismantle and reassemble the two leg pieces (see pics). As the photos show, the bed is highly manoeuvrable, so it would be a case of bending it around the corner I guess. Two moving pros will do this in 10 mins flat I reckon.

Hi, I need someone to unpack a removals van which will be parked outside the flat, and carry the heavy boxes, sofa, chest of drawers, bed etc etc (contents from my current one bed house) up two flights of stairs - sadly no lift!! I really need 2 people to help.
