I need someone to attend the viewing of a house that I am interested in purchasing as I can’t make it myself the location of the property will be at globe street L4 4HE (anfield area) The viewing is at 3:30 pm this coming Saturday the 27th of may . The viewer will be required to take some videos and picture of the house to send back to me also a little checklist will be sent by me for the viewer to inspect certain parts of the house and give feedback on . This is roughly a 20 minute job and would be ideal for someone living in the liverpool Area . - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 27 May 2023

I need a person to view properties for me to purchase. You should have experience in properties from trade or purchasing real estate to be able to provide insightful information on whether they are a viable purchase or not. This will be recurring work Price is per hour. You must be a Liverpool local to minimise the time spent. The appointments will be during working hours. May be as little as same-day viewings.
