Hello, I have a Rover 800 which is having a problem, I can't drive it to you so wondered if you could give me a price for the job if possible? (postcode is LA10 5SU) I need a new earth lead fitted (the problem seems to be a common one on the Rover 800'S according to support forums) There's a new battery fitted which I've tested, and the alternator seems fine, it's just that when the battery is charged up and I put the headlights on the engine dies and stalls as does the voltage. This also happens when I depress the brake pedal (hence I can't drive it to have it repaired, I can't do it myself as my mobility isn't good) If left for a few days the battery drains. Could you do this and if so give me a price for doing it? Many thanks, Clive
