Two pieces of work. First: replace an existing Honeywell Home Thermostat with a new Google Nest thermostat. Existing is wired from boiler to another room, new thermostat will be plugged into wall in another room with a link device wired into the boiler using the old connection. Second: Rodding Access to be added to an existing rear wastewater pipe. Photos show: new thermostat (plug-in), boiler set up, old thermostat that's wired into the boiler, new link to be wired into boiler, area that needs rodding access added to the pipe.

I need 3 motion sensors and 4 fire alarms removed from my flat. One is a communal fire alarm so I'm not sure how easily it can be removed, so this can be up for discussion as I don't have professional insight.

I need a battery replaced in a fire alarm, as it's chirping every minute and driving me mad. But I don't have the equipment to reach it. I need someone who has a ladder to come and reach it, tell me what battery I need, wait for me to buy it (diy shop is around the corner) and to replace it for me.

The new fire alarm system for the flats above should be a Grade A panel system to BS5839:2029 +A1:2020. This panel must interconnect with GF shop's existing panel . I require a nest thermostat fitted. I do not have the nest yet so also require help with which model is compatible with my central heating system. Can be done weekdays after 6 or weekends anytime
