My kitchen window (third floor) is stuck and won't close now. There seems to be an issue with the mechanism. I tried to grab the handle and close it but it won't move and i don't want to break it.

My bedroom window does not close properly so you can feel a draft, the handle is very stiff so even when you properly close the window there is still a draft.

Brackets were replaced a few years ago but I think they need repositioning as window is now draughty and there are large gaps.

I need these two window planters lifted onto the brackets in the photo. I don't have a ladder so you need to provide.

Hinge system of aluminium window broken, leading to the window not closing fully.

My window is stuck and doesn’t close due to broken hinge. It needs a replacement for both the hinges. The flat is a first floor flat with direct access to the window from the footpath of the street.

Small bathroom requires a window mounted extractor fan fitting. Ideally including the glazing work ie cutting the glass (single glazing).

Drill and secure three plastic garden planters (provided) into concrete window sills (~70mm deep).

One side of the skirting next to my floor was damaged by water dripping down the window onto it, caused by condensation, it’s damp and moldy and it needs repairing/replacing

To remove a window above my front door, brick up and plaster in prep for a new front door. Window is approx 1x1M.

Fix window ledge,needs cementing and painting after all areas that will be cemented, fix front door colons and in two areas seal bricks. Also cement and fix gate that’s has some breakage. Looking works to start end of April.

The bolt on a sash window in my house has broken so the window is permanently open, I have bought a new bolt to replace it but need this attaching. I also have a couple of bathroom doors that aren't closing properly due to faulty handles that it would be good to have looked at too

A pair of heavy linen curtains (each 150cm wide and 3.3m high) for a high bay window are not sliding easily, and the plastic hooks often come loose. They simply need swopping for metal hooks, which I have here. I also have a tall ladder so no need for any equipment. - Due date: Flexible

The kitchen window is leaking heavily when it rains and the hinges on the oven door have broken and oven cannot be used. Both items need fixing in one visit to my tenanted flat.
