Cleanroom Assembly required : ideal 6th – 9th November – Central Burton A team of 3 or 4 is required to assemble a new, prefabricated cleanroom. The manufacturers expect this to take 3 -4 days. Electrical work is an additional 1-2 days and may be carried by members of the same team, depending on skillset and qualification. The team will unload the delivery container and move the contents to a large empty room where assembly will take place. This is on the same level as the unloading platform and space is not an issue. A hydraulic trolley is available if needed. Disposal of packing material is required and positioning of existing photocopier sized equipment in the room will be involved. The cleanroom includes an air shower and is 10m x 5m x 2.5m. See photo’s for an example. No air-conditioning is involved. Experience of this type of work is not expected but the skillset is perhaps similar to advanced IKEA assembly and no or minimal cutting of boards is expected. We are looking for a shopfitting team, electrical/mechanical fitters, kitchen fitters or accomplished handymen, who have the relevant skillset.
