We'd like to restore the floorboards in one of the rooms in our Victorian property. We've lifted the carpet and about 90% of the floor is in good condition (the total size of the room is 2.95x2.8m). We'd like some advice on how to deal with the damaged boards/gaps between boards and a quote for getting these replaced/repaired and the gaps filled. We're happy to do the sanding and varnishing ourselves so it's just the cost of replacing the boards/filling gaps that we'd need (materials + labour).
