Skirting boards and door architraves in my dining room. I have 3 door architraves which need doing, and skirting boards. This is an old 1930s house, so the walls are solid.

I’m looking for a competent carpenter to help with two jobs. The first is with a cupboard that was built around our boiler (see photos). It serves a purpose so far as it looks good, but It’s been built in such a way that it when a heating engineer arrived to service our boiler last week, the woodwork obstructs the boiler’s casing so much that the cover of a the boiler can’t be slid forwards as it’s designed to. We need to find a solution so the boiler can be accessed, I'm thinking perhaps using some kind of clips? The other job is some skirting boards and architrave around doors. There’s skirting boards to go onto three walls, totalling around 7 meters with a few joins (see photos). Plus architrave on two door frames. As you can see from the photos; I have given this a go already but have realised it’s beyond my skill level and so I’d rather start from scratch and hire a professional! I’ll supply all materials and do have various tools here, let’s chat before the job to ensure we have everything we need. - Due date: Flexible

I need to have laminate fitted in two spaces & also skirting boards cut to size and fitted. Upstairs landing. Length 2.95 m Width 1.85 m 6.19m2 Room This room has been partially completed ( please see photos) Length 4.2 m Width 0.0125m 1.24m2 I would also need the skirting boards for these areas cut to size and fitted. We have had some work done in the home, and therefore part of the skirting board was removed.
