Washer on a mixer bathtaps to be replaced as it's dripping water.

My battery keeps going flat but the battery is fine as i have had it checked.

Hot & cold water taps need to be replaced. Hot water tap’s pipe was leaking and I have had to shut it but cold tap is ok. As I need both of them to be part of a same set (need to be provided by the plumber after agreeing on the style), hence the reason for my request for a plumber to replace them.

Treadmill slips and and you can stop the treadmill if you put your foot down. I think the belt might need changing. its a Treadmill York fitness (York t13i treadmill). Needs looking at

I have tried to unsuccessfully install one of the two ceiling lights in my living room. The light flickered for 1 second and then gone. Also, now the upstair small bedroom lights stopped working. I need someone to install the two ceiling lights in the living room and to see why the one upstairs failed as well. The ceiling lights switch via 2 different light switches.
